The Foundation: Two-Stage Detail & Paint Decontamination
Before any correction or coating, we always start with a proper deep clean. This Mustang received a full two-stage exterior detail and decontamination, including a pH-neutral hand wash, iron remover to eliminate embedded brake dust and fallout, and a clay bar treatment to remove bonded contaminants from the paint. This ensures the surface is surgically clean and prepped for correction and coating.
One-Step Paint Correction to Enhance Clarity & Shine
Even though the car was in great condition, we performed a one-step paint correction to remove minor swirls, dealership handling marks, and light surface defects.
