At Steel City Auto Spa, we come to work every day because we want to solve some of the biggest problems in the auto service industry. We work hard to simplify pricing, streamline services and remove the confusion that is found at most auto shops. While most shops have confusing packages that leave customers wondering what work was done or leaving customers feeling taken advantage of, we see this as an opportunity and we take a different approach of simplifying everything. We make sure our shop is running extremely efficient through the setup of systematized and automated business, marketing and scheduling.
As a result of our dedication to our mission, we spend more time doing what we love; taking care of our customers. This helps us minimize the amount of time spent on administrative and management tasks while keeping everything super organized and streamlined. When I took my car back for the 2-week wash Brett offers, I mentioned the white marks I saw on some of the crevices and weather stripping. He really did try to get them off, but I noticed later that some of them are still there. This may not seem like a big deal to some people, but if you bring your car here, you're the kind of person who really wants it to look nice. I'm bummed because had I known this was a possibility, I would not have purchased this service.
